The home of feelings, reactions, past hurts, and unprocessed experiences. Often buried or ignored, emotions shape how we respond and relate.
SPIRITUAL BODY
Your core sense of purpose, connection, and meaning. It’s where healing can feel most profound and lasting.

How we work:
Unfolding a Heart Attack
When someone has a heart attack, we often focus on the physical causes—cholesterol, blood pressure, blocked arteries. But we also know that stress, burnout, and emotional repression play a huge role. And that stress? It didn’t start in the heart. It often begins in the mind and emotions, and can even be rooted in a deeper disconnect from meaning or purpose—the spiritual body.
If we focus only on a cure, what might we do?
We might get surgery, take medication, and then go right back to our old ways—still stressed, still overworking, still disconnected. The physical body may be temporarily treated, but the root causes remain untouched.
